Pre-order and Terms and Conditions

1. Pre-order and Down Payment

The customer confirms the order by paying a 10% down payment of the total price of the product. The down payment is binding and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in section 7. The order will proceed to transportation immediately once the down payment has been registered. The customer will receive an order confirmation and an estimated delivery time.

2. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 3–6 weeks from the order date. Delivery time may change due to delays from the manufacturer, logistics, customs, or other third parties. The customer will be informed of any potential changes without delay.

3. Payment Methods and Final Payment

The final amount must be paid before the product is handed over. Accepted payment methods:

• Bank transfer

• Card payment

• Invoice

• Klarna (invoice, installment payment, or other payment methods offered by Klarna)

Klarna payments are an agreement between the customer and Klarna. The product will not be handed over until the full purchase price has been paid or Klarna has approved the payment arrangement.

4. Price Changes

Prices are based on information at the time of order. Any changes in exchange rates, freight costs, or manufacturer price increases may be added to the final amount. The customer will be informed of changes before final invoicing.

5. Warranty – 12 Months

The product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not cover wear and tear parts (tires, brake pads, lamps, fuses) or defects resulting from misuse, accidents, or lack of maintenance. The natural degradation of battery capacity is not covered by the warranty. Warranty repairs will be carried out at an authorized service point.

6. Registration and Commissioning

The customer is responsible for vehicle registration, insurance, and any commissioning inspection. The seller can offer a registration service for an additional fee.

7. Cancellation and Returns

7.1 EU 14-day right of withdrawal (for consumers)

Consumers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return costs, unless otherwise agreed. The seller will refund payments within 14 days of receiving the return. The down payment will not be withheld if the customer exercises their statutory right of withdrawal.

7.2 Pre-order cancellation before delivery

If the customer cancels the order before delivery (and does not exercise the EU 14-day right of withdrawal), the cancellation fee is 5% of the total price of the product. If delivery is delayed by more than 8 weeks, the customer may cancel the order without a cancellation fee and will receive the down payment back.

7.3 Return of delivered product

Delivered products cannot be returned without the approval of the manufacturer or importer, unless it is a case of the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.

8. Limitation of Liability

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure situations (strikes, customs delays, natural phenomena, pandemics, states of war). The seller is not responsible for damages caused by the customer or incorrect use. The seller is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third parties.

9. Accuracy of Information

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the contact information provided and undertakes to notify of any changes without delay.

10. Binding Nature of the Agreement

The pre-order and payment of the down payment constitute a binding agreement in accordance with these terms and conditions. The terms are automatically accepted upon placing the order.
