1. Warranty Coverage
Peak Rydes provides a limited 12-month or 3200-kilometer warranty (whichever comes first) for all new ERidePro-branded electric off-road motorcycles. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the date of purchase and is not transferable to another owner.
2. What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that occur during normal use within the warranty period. Peak Rydes will repair or replace defective parts at its own discretion.
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Normal wear and tear — The warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

Battery — The natural degradation of battery capacity is not covered by the warranty. The warranty only covers the battery if its capacity drops below 70% of its original capacity during the warranty period.

Consumable parts — Tires, brake pads, suspension components, and other similar components are not covered by the warranty.

Third-party accessories — Parts or accessories installed after purchase that were not supplied by Peak Rydes are not covered by the warranty.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

5. Limitation of Liability
Peak Rydes' liability is limited to repairing or replacing defective parts. Peak Rydes is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of use, costs, or other losses arising from the handling of a warranty claim.
